A STRONG VOICE FOR ABIA CENTRAL SENATE: RT. HON. EMEKA ATUMA — THE EXPERIENCE ABIA CENTRAL NEEDS

In 2027, Abia Central does not need a learner. It needs a proven federal legislator who knows Abuja from Day One.

Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma is not a newcomer to the National Assembly. He represented Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency from 2003-2007 — and he left with a legislative footprint most senators never achieve.

THE ATUMA LEGISLATIVE RECORD — VERIFIABLE:

1. Creator of Federal Institutions: As Chairman, House Committee on Environment and Ecological Management, he championed the passage of the NESREA Act 2007 — the law that created the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency. He also sponsored bills that led to the creation of NOSDRA and other federal agencies. He builds institutions, not just promises.

2. Infrastructure Attraction: During his tenure, he attracted roads, schools, rural electrification, water and ecological projects across Ikwuano and Umuahia.

3. Pioneer of Human Capital Empowerment: Atuma organized one of the first structured empowerment programs by any Abia public office holder — providing motorcycles, vehicles, business starter packs, and facilitating federal civil service jobs for young graduates. Today, many of those he facilitated are now Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors in federal ministries.

4. A Man Who Came to Give, Not Take: As he recently declared in Umuahia: “Before I joined politics, I was already an established man. I didn’t come to enrich myself, I came for what I would give.”

WHAT “A STRONG VOICE” MEANS FOR 2027:

1. Town-Hall Governance: Quarterly town-hall meetings across all 6 LGAs of Abia Central — Ikwuano, Umuahia North, Umuahia South, Isiala Ngwa North, Isiala Ngwa South, Osisioma Ngwa.

2. Legislative Advocacy for Real Problems: Federal roads (Umuahia-Ikwuano corridor), erosion control, improved schools and healthcare, and support for MSMEs, farmers, and traders.

3. Accountability as Policy: Quarterly stewardship reports — funds received, projects executed, bills sponsored. Every kobo tracked.

THE 2027 RALLY CALL:

Abia Central has a choice between experiment and experience. Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma brings federal legislative experience, institutional knowledge, and a 20-year track record of empowerment.

Let Abia Central vote for a voice that will be HEARD, RESPECTED, AND EFFECTIVE.

Vote Rt. Hon. Emeka Atuma for Abia Central Senate 2027.
