CHINEDU AKPULONU PLEDGES RESPONSIVE, ACCOUNTABLE REPRESENTATION FOR ABA SOUTH

Hon. Chinedu Akpulonu has pledged to sustain a representation that is responsive to the needs of citizens, prudent in the management of Aba South resources and accountable to the electorate.

The pledge underscores his commitment to placing the welfare of the people at the centre of governance, ensuring that the concerns, expectations and aspirations of constituents remain a priority in the discharge of his legislative responsibilities.

Akpulonu’s emphasis on responsive representation reflects the importance of maintaining an open channel of communication between elected representatives and the people they serve. Such engagement is essential to identifying community needs and ensuring that the voices of constituents are heard.

He also stressed the need for prudence in the management of resources, highlighting the importance of responsible decision-making and prioritising initiatives that can contribute to the development of Aba South and improve the quality of life of its residents.

Accountability remains another key element of the pledge, reinforcing the principle that public officeholders must remain answerable to the electorate. Regular engagement, transparency and a commitment to public service are essential to strengthening the relationship between representatives and the communities they represent.
