This is Okezie Ikpeazu commissioning the Ariaria A Line, the same area they took Omoyele Sowore to during the protest. Even Sowore admitted that this was the only part that looked properly transformed.
Let’s not forget: the road leading into Ariaria, including the popular Faulks Road that Sowore talked about, was also constructed by Ikpeazu. These are facts that cannot be hidden.
Then, just last week, a certain “man of God” came around playing episcopal politics praising a water fountain that is already undergoing maintenance in less than one year after it was built. Is that what we now call development?
This is how deception works: show a small, polished corner and ignore the bigger reality. Use praise and propaganda to distract people from what is truly happening on ground.
