How Kwankwaso will sell out Obi, destroy his presidential ambition–Primate Ayodele
The Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a political warning ahead of the 2027 general elections, claiming that former presidential candidate Peter Obi may face setbacks linked to political alliances involving former Kano State Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso.
In a statement attributed to the cleric, he suggested that emerging political alignments within the opposition space could lead to internal disagreements and what he described as “betrayal,” which may weaken Obi’s chances if not carefully managed. He urged political actors to be cautious in forming alliances ahead of the elections.
Ayodele further advised that opposition figures must prioritize unity and strategic planning if they hope to challenge the ruling party effectively in 2027, warning that disunity could derail their ambitions.
The comments come amid ongoing political discussions and speculation about possible coalitions and realignments ahead of the next general election cycle.
