Many residents across communities in Osisioma have expressed growing frustration over what they describe as neglect by the current administration, particularly regarding the deteriorating condition of roads in areas such as Umuode, Umuojiama, and several other communities.

According to residents, the poor state of critical infrastructure has continued to affect daily activities, transportation, and economic development, leaving many disappointed with the pace of government intervention. They argue that despite repeated appeals, these communities have yet to receive the attention they believe they deserve.

As a result, some residents say they are eagerly anticipating the possible emergence of Chief Eric Opah as Governor of Abia State, expressing optimism that his leadership would prioritize infrastructure development and address the longstanding challenges confronting Osisioma and other neglected communities.

They maintain that their expectations are driven by a desire for improved governance, better road networks, and inclusive development that will positively impact every part of the state.
