NEW POLITICAL DAWN FOR ABA SOUTH: KACHOCHO CALLS FOR TOTAL SUPPORT FOR APC

19th August 2026

My dear people of Aba South,

Today marks a significant moment in our democratic journey as the 2027 electoral process enters a new phase. With the official commencement of the campaign season, I am delighted to join millions of Nigerians in embracing another opportunity to present our visions, programmes and candidates to the people.

For us in the All Progressives Congress (APC), this is more than a campaign season. It is a season to reconnect with our people, communicate our agenda clearly, and mobilise for a renewed political future for Aba South and Nigeria at large.

I therefore call on the good people of Aba South to look beyond political rhetoric and carefully evaluate the candidates and political platforms before them.

As an APC candidate, I am proud to stand alongside our party’s candidates at all levels. Aba South requires a united front—not fragmented voices. We need representatives who can work in synergy, speak with one voice, and attract meaningful development to our constituency.

I urge our people to support the APC candidates from the Presidency to the National Assembly, State House of Assembly, and other elective positions, because effective representation is strengthened through collaboration across all tiers of government.

Our campaign will focus on job creation, empowerment, infrastructure development, security enhancement, support for traders and artisans, youth opportunities, women inclusion, and effective representation for every community in Aba South.

To our traders and business owners, we recognise the importance of Aba’s commercial strength. To our youths, we are committed to creating opportunities that secure your future. To our women, we acknowledge your immense contribution to our economy and society. To our traditional institutions, professionals, workers, and grassroots leaders, we remain committed to listening and working with you.

However, victory must be pursued through peaceful and democratic engagement.

I call on every APC supporter to campaign with discipline, respect, and confidence. Do not insult opponents. Do not engage in violence. Do not spread misinformation. Let our record, our programmes, and our message speak for us.

The opposition will present their perspectives, and we will present ours. Ultimately, the people of Aba South will make their informed choice.

This campaign season provides us the opportunity to take our message from the streets to the markets, from communities to institutions, and from wards to every household in Aba South.

Let us unite behind APC. Let us mobilise our wards. Let us strengthen our structures. Let us take our message to the grassroots. Let us work together for victory in 2027.

I call on every APC faithful, youth leader, women leader, ward executive, coordinator, stakeholder, and supporter to take full ownership of this campaign.

The time to mobilise is now.
The time to organise is now.
The time to support APC is now.
The time to build a better Aba South is now.

Together, we shall work for a stronger, more prosperous, and better represented Aba South.

APC— Ebe Esere Aziza.

May God bless Aba South, and may God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Hon. Chinedu Akpulonu Kachocho
APC Candidate, Aba South State Constituency
